Katelyn Martín

In-School Program Assistant Director

Katelyn has been an EDLA staff member since 2013. She assistant directs the In School Program for Everybody Dance LA. Katelyn is a Loyola Marymount University alumnus with a B.A. in Dance and a B.A. in Communication Studies. She has worked professionally as a performer, director, choreographer and teacher. Choreographing musicals and plays such as Chicago, Mary Poppins, Anastasia, Little Mermaid, Hadestown, Romeo and Juliet, Beauty and the Beast, Mamma Mia and many more! She has danced commercially and with multiple contemporary dance companies including Kairos Dance Company since 2013. She also has performed in many musicals, including Cabaret starring Joey Mcintyre. She is honored to work for an organization working to increase the access to dance education to everyone.
