Josué Garcia

Teaching Artist

Josué Garcia is a Los Angeles native, born and raised in East Los Angeles, California. His dance career has been centered around teaching and choreographing. Since a young age Josue has found a love for creating, directing, and teaching. Josue was a self taught dancer who later on studied Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Latin Dance, Vogue, and Hip Hop styles such as Locking, Whacking, and House. He has danced, competed with, and choreographed for Hip Hop International silver medalist company Maker Empire. Josue has taught for CSARTS and Duarte USD, and competitive dance studio Elements Dance Space. He has showcased choreography at Club Jete, Choreographer’s Carnival and The World Choreography Awards. This is Josue’s first year with Everybody Dance and is super excited to have another opportunity to impact young people’s lives through dance.
