Victoria Villamil

Teaching Artist

Victoria Villamil was born and raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles County. At an early age, she developed a deep love for music, theatre, and ultimately dance. Victoria’s training in Hip Hop dance began at Boogiezone Utopia in Torrance in 2012. She competed competitively at choreography competitions from high school into college. In 2014, she discovered Versa-Style Dance Company and began taking their weekly Community Classes from them. She became a junior company member of Versa-Style Next Generation and has graduate to become a teaching artist. In her time on Versa-Style Next Generation, Victoria trained in a plethora of dance styles such as Hip Hop, House, Locking, Whacking and much more. Victoria in also a graduate and certified through UniverSOUL’s Art of Teaching Program in 2015 and 2019. Victoria now shares her love of Hip Hop and Street Dance all around Los Angeles. Victoria aspires to help her students share their multi-cultural identities and transform their lives through dance.
