The Everybody Dance LA! In-School Program serves 31 schools in East Los Angeles, Hollywood, Inglewood, McArthur Park, South Gate, South Los Angeles, Watts.
Our professional Teaching Artists bring performing arts standards-based curriculum to life in high-energy classes for students in grades TK-12. Teaching Artists partner with academic instructors to integrate classroom themes into the dance classes. This sparks greater engagement and understanding for students.
In-school program residencies are tailored to each schools’ needs regarding the styles of dance taught and the number of weeks the residency is offered. Each residence ends in a culminating performance for staff and families.
