Everybody Dance LA!’s In-School Program brings high-quality dance, yoga, and mindfulness education directly to under-resourced schools across Los Angeles. We currently serve students in grades TK–12 at schools located in East Los Angeles, Hollywood, Inglewood, MacArthur Park, South Gate, South LA, and Watts.
Our flexible program offerings include semester-long, full-year, summer session, and single-day dance experiences, all designed to meet the unique needs of each school community.
Residencies are fully customizable—schools can select the dance styles and residency length that best support their students. Semester and year-long residencies culminate in a celebratory performance for students, families, and staff.
Led by professional Teaching Artists, our high-energy classes follow a standards-based performing arts curriculum. Teaching Artists collaborate closely with classroom educators to integrate academic themes into movement, deepening student engagement and understanding through kinesthetic learning.
