Lilian Ortega, AKA LilyBreeze is a Dancer/ B-Girl and Teaching Artist on a mission to heal the world through Hip-Hop. First generation Latina, born in San Fernando, CA. Since birth, Lilian has been exposed to the many influences of Hip Hop Culture from graffiti art, music, and dance. Her dance inspiration flourished from her father who introduced her to Mambo at the age of seven. From 2007-2016, she was dancing professionally for Versa Style Dance Company. In 2014 she graduated from UCLA with a BA in World Arts and Cultures/ Dance. Lilian has traveled, performed, trained, and taught professionally, both nationally and internationally. Her knowledge of dance has been passed down by some of the world’s best dancers, pioneers, and legends. Lilian is currently a Teaching Artist for New Roads, No Easy Props, and Everybody Dance. Aspiring to be fluent in all 4 elements of Hip Hop, Lilian leads by example.
