Katelyn Martin

In-School Program Manager

Katelyn has been a teaching artist with TGF since 2013. She works with the CNCA program, focusing on musical theater, jazz, ballet, and hip hop dance. Originally from New Hampshire, Katelyn graduated from Loyola Marymount University with two degrees, one in dance and one in communication studies. Along with teaching, Katelyn also dances professionally. She is a member of the contemporary dance company Kairos Dance Company. She has also had the pleasure to dance on TruTv, in film, music videos, and live events, including musicals and dancing at the Staples Center. She is currently directing her first children’s musical. Musical theater holds a special place in her heart, she loves how it asks children to express themselves through movement and song. Katelyn hopes to impart on her students that hard work and dedication are the key to any successful career path!
